Invitation of participating sponsorship programme

On behalf of the notthatbalai Curatorial Group, I would like to invite you to become sponsor for the
notthatbalai art festival 2007. notthatbalai is an art event that is organized independently by a group
of individuals from diverse art disciplines and social backgrounds who are passionate about art,
embodying the spirit of sharing and giving. notthatbalai is a multi-art event consists of visual arts,
music, performance, film screening, flea market stall, talk and workshop. We are non-profit seeking
volunteers aiming to establish a cultured Malaysia society by promoting and stimulating more
alternative art activities.

We are seeking funds for our comprehensive art festival. This funds will allow us to support the
art festival's programs, as well provide accommodation and transportation for overseas artists,
research support for outsiders' art around Asia, experimentation and education – film techniques
using low tech materials, art tour for students and public, staff support and instructional materials.
The funding comes 3 simple ways, or what we call ‘benefit packages’.

• RM 1000 - One page advertising of your company/institution in festival booklet.
• RM 500 - Half page advertising of your company/institution in festival booklet.
• RM 250 - Quarter page advertising of your company/institution in festival booklet.
For subsidiary advertising:

• Poster – RM 300
• Film – RM 300
• Blog – RM 250
• Giant banner – RM 150
